Set on a 44,508 m² logistics campus at Riche Terre, this 6,805 m² frozen warehouse adds high-bay cold storage for Logidis Ltd by Bloomage Ltd. Its 14 loading docks lead through a temperature-controlled transfer zone into the storage hall. An insulated tunnel links it to the existing cold rooms, so the cold chain is never broken. A separate technical block houses the refrigeration plant, generator and electrical services, and an upper-floor office level overlooks the docks. The building responds to a 4 m fall across the site, with its floor level lowered to balance earthworks. Stormwater is managed by a 2,772 m³ retention pond. The masterplan creates separate operator entrances and segregated HGV, staff and pedestrian circulation, with plug-in bays for refrigerated containers. A two-storey gatehouse with a white cantilevered roof and timber-toned slatted cladding gives the industrial estate a refined, welcoming front door.
